I shared info about this on my blog the first day it started. I just wanted to share happiness because things seem dreary lately.
I don’t know if anyone came over from that, though, because I haven’t heard. But I could share again. . .

I’ve been surprised at how many of them I was already doing without realizing it. I’m really not into the whole breathing deeply for 10 minutes as I would tend to get rather bored, but I do like the idea of taking a few minutes for yourself EVERY day just to relax. For me, that’s the time after my kids go to bed. I covet every minute of it!
