Mindful Stress Reduction Training:

Mindful Stress Reduction is a 4-session program written and developed by Dr. Sanford for health professionals, educators, and consumers. It is taught in a group format with lecture, experiential exercises and group discussion.

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Training:

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Training is a series of lectures written and developed by Dr. Sanford for behavioral health providers: psychologists, social workers and professional counselors; and non-behavioral health providers: physicians, nurses, childbirth educators, birthing coaches, doulas, home health visitors and early childhood specialists.  A 3-part DVD set featuring Dr. Sanford discussing depression and anxiety during pregnancy, helping families cope with high-risk pregnancy, infertility and pregnancy loss, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, is also available.

  2. Hi Jessica. That would be great! I think I have 5 or 6 other therapists or health providers who are interested. Could you please let me know when you have vacation planned over the summer. Trying to avoid conflicts. Hope you and your family are doing well.
