Dr. Sanford’s Stress Less Live Better class is designed to introduce clients’ to her stress reduction program which focuses on mindfulness based skills to reduce stress and improve health and well-being. These are the same skills clients learn who are having anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions in individual therapy. Classes are available as a half-day workshop and online.
Dr. Sanford’s Stress Less Live Better for Pregnancy, Postpartum and Early Motherhood combines learning how to face the stresses and challenges of hormonal upheavals, motherhood stressors and relationship changes and using mindfulness-based skills to cope with these adjustments. Classes are available on and offline.
